Prior Ethiopian leaders refused to have discussions with the Arabs since they considered them as "permanent enemies". They hated anything that pertains to Arabs although they are CIRCLED by Arabs countries. One can't blame them since they were brainwashed to hate the Arabs. PM Hailemariam didn't follow the primitive Ethiopian leaders!
